Q) Where are you based?
A) I have my own Home-Salon in Westcliff On Sea, Essex, close to Southend Airport. When you book an appointment online you will get the full address in your emailed receipt.
Q) Is it easy to park nearby?
A) Yes, you can park right outside, there is always plenty of parking on the road right outside.
Q) What payment methods do you accept?
A) I accept debit or credit cards, cash or bank transfers.
Q) What if I need to cancel / change my appointment?
A) Please call, message, text or email me ASAP – If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours notice and there will be no charge. Otherwise a cancellation charge of £25 will be payable before you can book another appointment with me. If you do not cancel the full cost of the planned treatments will be payable. Thanks for your understanding.
Q) Can you offer a discount for a group/party?
A) Please call, message, text or email me – i’ll see what I can do for you if the group/party size is 4 or more people.

A) YES. I’m fully qualified and insured. I follow all treatment procedures correctly & take your well-being and safety very seriously.
